What is the difference between MOLLE and Alice?

The MOLLE (Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment) system and the ALICE (All-Purpose Lightweight Individual Carrying Equipment) system are both methods of carrying and organizing gear used by military personnel.    ALICE: The ALICE system utilizes a system of metal clips and fasteners for attachment. Pouches typically have metal keepers or clips that attach to the main pack or belt, offering a simpler but less versatile attachment method compared to MOLLE.
